Farewell

Print

by Tammy Ho Lai-Ming

It is when you say: Turn off the TV.
It is when you say: You are stealing my wine.

Who comes here in haste only to leave
four hours later, in the dark?

The moon outside is no longer young.
When she looks in she does not believe

tomorrow is a continuation of today.
